John has been with Magnolia for 10 years and is a favorite technician among many customers. He was promoted in 2023 to the position of service supervisor. He now works out of the corporate office, overseeing the service team and providing technical support and guidance.
Kirk joined the team in 2022. He brings exceptional knowledge to both the installation and service departments. His experience lies in HVAC new construction installation and troubleshooting.
