Jake – Senior Service Technician
Jake has been on the MAGNOLIA Team for 9 years, in the HVAC profession for over 15 years. Jake is a very honest and hardworking guy who prides himself on a job well done. He goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure our customers are serviced quickly insuring they stay comfortable and happy year-round. For any HVAC problem a customer has, we can count on Jake to find the solution and fix it as quick as possible. He supports the service staff by phone daily trouble shooting and solving HVAC related issues.

Magnolia’s customer service and communication were outstanding! Kristin and Jacob were friendly, courteous, compassionate, and efficient and always followed through on what they promised. I received confirmation of each appointment and Jake always let me know when he was on the way. It did take a couple of trips to solve our problem but I was always well informed and the furnace is working perfectly now! 🔥😁 Kudos to Magnolia and their awesome staff!
