Result: To present the company to potential Clients in a manner that leaves a favorable impression thereby obtaining sales for the company that are competitive and profitable.

- Manages sales of the company’s products and services.
- Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues.
- Management and growth of sales personnel.
- Meets with CEO in establishing the most realistic sales goals to ensure sales meet Magnolia’s budget goals.
- Strives to find effective programs to best compensate, coach, praise and train sales personnel.
- Ensures that Client relations and interface are professional and responsive.
- Ensures that work rules and regulations are clear, understood and are enforced by the sales team.
- Educates sales team by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales strategies and growth.
- Demonstrate commitment to professionalism, integrity and sound judgment in business transactions, and providing of the highest level of Client satisfaction.

- Develop and implement growth measures to increase sales volume including promotion and product sales.
- Tracks sales and close rate per sales representative.
- Performs sales activities with clients and negotiates sales price and discounts in compliance with CEO Price Points.
- Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.
- Motivate sales staff set up realistic goals for sales staff.
- Interview prospective sales employees.
- Holds weekly meeting with sales staff, to continuously train on sales process and best close practices.
- Conduct market research analysis of competitors and Clients.
- Understand financial data to determine what’s happening in your department.
