Shane performed my A/C system maintenance. He advised me that my HVAC system required an Air Scrubber Pro, condenser coil cleaning, and general cleaning to take off strain off my system thus extending my system's overall lifespan. I have been with this firm for many years now, and their customer service and product quality never fail to impress. This last visit saw Shawn B. and Shane W. out to my place to do some repair work, and the service was fast, courteous, and correct. This past weekend we had our heating and cooling system replaced by Magnolia Heating and Cooling. From start to finish the service and communication was excellent. We received 3 quotes from 3 highly rated companies in our area (Moreno Valley). While they were all pretty much in same price range, we selected Magnolia over the others for a few different reasons. 1) They offered several different discounts; others would only offer 1. We had military, senior, and AAA all applied. 2) Permits and inspections included. and 3) they had the best warrenties: Lifetime Craftmanship, and a 10-year Labor Warrenty. The communication with the salesman (Dominque) and his office support (Espy) was excellent. The servicemen (3-they introduced themselves, but I am sorry I don't remember their names) showed up on time and finished the job in one day. They too were great in every manner. All of our issues were handled professionally and efficiently. We have only had the system now for 2 days, but it has been pretty hot outside (100+ F) and everything has performed GREAT.

I had a maintenance appt today, and I was very lucky to have Shawn B as my technician. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and he explained things thoroughly as he worked. Unfortunately, I did need additional services, but there was no pressure, only recommendations. Last year, my AC went out on a holiday weekend, and it was terrible. I knew Shawn's recommendations were honest, and I was not going to even test waiting, and having history repeat itself. While Shawn was here, I signed up for Magnolia's service plan, and I will definitely request Shawn for all future appointments. 10/10 highly recommend!

Very professional HVAC technicians. Installation of new home HVAC system by Michael, Allen, and Hugo was well done. Photos of all equipment was provided and operations were explained. Great to work with. Also Dominque gave a great quote with extended warranties. Will recommend Magnolia Heating and Plumbing to others.
