Jake has been on the MAGNOLIA Team for 6 years and in the HVAC profession for 15 years. Jake is a very honest and hardworking guy who prides himself on a job well done. He goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure our customers are serviced quickly and stay comfortable and happy year-round. For any HVAC problem customers, we can count on Jake to find the solution and fix it as quick as possible.

Jesse / Service Technician

Jesse is always smiling. He’s happy to be a HVAC technician. He has been with Magnolia since completing his HVAC trade school. He continued his training with the MAGNOLIA team for a little over a year now. We are impressed with how much he has learned and progressed. He is our TLC Maintenance tech and is always on the top of his game when it comes to the preventative maintenance of your HVAC system.

  • He loves to go hiking and explore new places.
  • He couldn’t live without TV and enjoys taking a nap.
  • His favorite place to go is Durango, Mexico because that’s where his family is from.

  • His first language was Spanish which made it a little difficult when he started school as a child, but he learned English very well.

John / Service Technician

John earned his HVAC Certified through Community College and has been in the industry for 6 years. He joined the MAGNOLIA team 3 years ago, He is our solution finder improving home comfort by fine tuning the system to insure it operates at peak performance. His favorite thing to do is meet new people. He finishes his jobs as the number one tech in satisfaction and efficiency.

  • Married 10 years with 3 adorable children.
  • His fur babies are a pit bull names Aria and a cute, fat little puppy named Baemax.
  • Be careful making cookies with him you might find yourself without enough cookie dough!
  • The favorite places he has traveled are Idaho and Montana (God’s country).

Shannon / Service Technician

Shannon is new to the MAGNOLIA Team. He joined us after Shaun left. Customers have had nothing but good things to say about Shannon. He is professionally skilled and educated in the HVAC trade. He does a great job efficiently fixing or maintaining your HVAC system. He gives accurate recommendations to avoid future failures.

Paul / Service Technician

Paul joined the MAGNOLIA team in 2016 after he received a HVAC degree from SJVC. He also has a AA from Pina Medical Institute. Paul has been in his 90 day training period. He helped wherever he was needed learning how to do things the Magnolia Way. He has proven himself to be intelligent, hardworking and humble. We couldn’t be happier to have him on the MAGNOLIA team!

Michael has been in the HVAC industry for the past three years he is a great asset to the MAGNOLIA Team. He received his HVAC Training in the Air Force. He is technicality skilled, mechanically incline and knowledgeable in all fields of HVAC. Magnolia’s customers have nothing but good things to say about Michael, he is building lasting relationships.
